FEGC Sums up First Year of Internet-Reception Operation
OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 February 2009 was announced, that the year ago at the official web-site of JSC “Far Eastern Generating Company” (JSC “FEGC”) started its operation an internet-reception for the cusomers of the heat power. Its visitors became either individuals, or legal persons. They have worthily evaluated its convenience. For a year – a lot of positive comments, said directly and in between the lines. Therewerereceivedmorethan 260 resortsandcomplaints? And neither of them were left without reply from energy company specialists, neither problem – without attention and assistance.
The statistics of the first year of operation of the internet-reception has shown, that 26/5% of all received messages from the customers were related to technical matters (concluding heat power supply contracts, or, vice versa, “how to remove heating radiators”), 16% - form of bills, allowances and recalculations, 6% - legal aspects of mutual relations and only 4% - the quality of heat supply. The rest of the messages are the requests of all kinds of explanations, e.g. how to install the meter into the heating system or hot water.
The most complicated, according to words of the specialists of JSC “FEGC”, are turned to be the questions, related to the quality of the heating and hot water in the houses of people. Often the comfort of the citizens has depended on other companies. The specialists of the energy company have to conduct the explanatory work with housing municipal companies and municipal heating networks.
During the year, day by day JSC “FEGC” has conducted “reception” of individuals and organizations. Consulting how to tie in to heat and to refuse the heat supply services, how to pay for heat power in the most convenient way, how not to be the debtor or get out of the debts with less losses for them, and even how legally reduce the amount of payments for hot water and heating.
For the first time applied in practice of the Far Eastern energy company virtual resource has already brought considerable use, turned to be mutually advantageous for the customers and for the supplier of the heat power – JSC “Far Eastern Generating Company”. In this connection the internet-reception will keep on operating 24 hours a day. There are no queues and still are not going to be.
