OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 February 2009 was announced, that a new educational facility is to be added to Moscow City University of Management under the Moscow City Government located on 28 Sretenka Street.

“Moscow City University of Management will be provided with a new educational complex. The design documentation will undergo an expert examination in the near future. When it is done, a permission to develop and commission the educational complex will be issued,” a source from City Hall said.

According to the official, the new branch of the university will be raised on 30A Staroobryadcheskaya Street.

The total area of the plot will be around 1.3 ha, the object area will exceed 38,000 sq m.

Besides, the area of the educational facility to be built will also be occupied by a 88.5-square-metre car wash and a car park for 319 vehicles.
