OREANDA-NEWS. February 12, 2009. State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)’ and JSC State Insurance Corporation for the Insurance of Export Credits and Investments (the Republic of Kazakhstan) signed a Memorandum on Mutual Cooperation.

On behalf of Vnesheconombank the Memorandum was signed by Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev, on behalf of JSC State Insurance Corporation for the Insurance of Export Credits and Investments – by its Board Chairman Galym Amerkhodjaev.

The Memorandum aims to promote and expand foreign trade relations and cooperation in financing and/or insuring the most promising investment and export projects.

The Memorandum is a framework document and it would help to support and encourage trade and investments between Russia and Kazakhstan.
