OREANDA-NEWS. On February 09, 2009 Short-term courses for specialists of commercial banks on securities started at the Uzbekistan Banking Association.

The Uzbekistan Banking Association organized the courses in cooperation with the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and Banking-Finance Academy.

The courses were organized in order to improve skills of the commercial banks' specialists on securities on basics of securities market and explain recent changes in legislation of Uzbekistan in securities market, as well as discuss reasons and consequences of global financial crisis.

Participants will discuss issues of investment and securities policies of the bank, analysis of securities market, information disclosure, rating, etc.
