OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2009. In January of 2009 sea ports of Ukraine have transferred to the State Budget UAH 63 million, which is by 63% higher from the showing of 2008. It is expected, on the outcomes of February, funds allocated to the budget will amount UAH 200 million.

In 2008 this showing totaled UAH 62 million.

In January of the current year turnover of goods has totaled 8 million 11 thousand tons. The results of work of huge ports are stable.

As compared to January of last year positive numbers were demonstrated by Berdyansk port – 118 thousand tons (182% against last year’s showing), Feodosiya port – 277 thousand tons (151%), Kherson - 212 thousand tons (147%), Yevpatoriya – 118 thousand tons (144%), Kerch – 284 thousand tons (128%), Mariupol – 555 thousand tons (119%).
