OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2009. The insurance company ROSNO has won the tenders held by OJSC NK Rosneft for provision of insurance services to the company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. In total, about two hundred relevant insurance contracts will be concluded, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Following the results of the tenders, ROSNO has been entitled to provide voluntary, medical, accident and travellers’ insurance coverage in 2009 to the employees of the head office of NK Rosneft and personnel of the legal entities belonging to this largest Russian oil company, including its representative offices in Russia and abroad. The insurance protection on various types of personal insurance will be provided to tens of thousands of employees.

Furthermore, ROSNO will conclude MOD and OMTPL insurance contracts covering the transport vehicles owned by Rosneft, and it will issue accident insurance policies protecting the drivers and passengers of such vehicles.
