OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 February 2009 was announced, that Rodex Group investment and construction holding is to raise Zolotye Peski 2 [Golden Sands 2] recreation centre on the 3-ha plot located along Minskoe Highway in the Moscow region.

According to a press release from Rodex Group, the company has already started the zero cycle heading work.

The recreation centre is to be built in 120 km (~74.6 miles) of Minskoe Highway from the MKAD highway encircling Moscow, on the bank of the Mozhaiskoe Reservoir. It will be a package of buildings for recreation, conferences and other events.

The 3-ha area will be occupied by rentable cottages, a maintenance building with a restaurant, gym and conference rooms, sports and recreation zones, including tennis courts and paintball sites, with the necessary amenities as well as infrastructure objects and a yacht club.

The plot allocated for development is possessed by Rodex Group. The company is permitted to build on it and connect the paid facilities (electricity, sewerage system, gas and water supply, telephone network).

Rodex Group plans to invest around 420 million roubles (~USD 11.7 million) in the object construction.

The first stage of the development is scheduled to be completed in late 2009.
