OREANDA-NEWS. On February 06, 2009 WGC-3 Board of Directors on it first meeting has appointed Vladimir Kolmogorov (General Director of CJSC Raspredelennaya Energetika) to be WGC-3 General Director, reported the press-centre of WGC-3.

WGC-3 Board of Directors members gave one’s thanks previous General Director Igor Popov for his work.

Vladimir Kolmogorov was born in 1953.

Graduated from Novosibirsk Electrotechnic Institute (1975), Professional Development Institute of The Academy of National Economy under the Soviet of Ministers of the USSR (1991), The Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (2006).

1975-1978: Master of Group and Chief Master of Group in 1978-1982 (Krasnoyarskaya GES), 1982-1983: Deputy Chief of Electric Shop for ACS of Sayano-Shushenskaya GES.

1983-1989: Chief Engineer of Cascade of Taimirskiy GES.

1989-1997: General Director of OJSC Krasnoyarskaya GES.

1997-1998: General Director of OJSC Krasnoyarskenergo.

1998-2000: First Deputy General Director, Chief Engineer, Representative of RAO UES - Sibirenergo.

2000-2001: General Director of Sibir Energy Company LLC.

2001-2005: General Director of OJSC Irkutskenergo.

2005-2006: General Director of Eurosibenergo-engineering LLC.
