OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2009. General Director of JSC "Special Economic Zones" Sergey Levkin visited techno-police "INVENT ", located at Stolbishche village of Laishevo district of Republic of Tatarstan.

Delegation from Moscow was accompanied by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of Republic of Tatarstan Marat Husnullin, General Director of JSC "Network Company" Danir Safiullin and General Director of "INVENT, Ltd " Elbek Safaev.
Techno-police "INVENT " is one of the sites where by initiative of JSC "Tatenergo" is implemented the project of cluster approach towards reforming the power industry of Republic. In Stolbishche were commissioned the production, servicing companies engaged in production of the electro- and thermal products and rendering related services. Among them are the " Eltehnika-Volga" factory, pre-insulated pipe production plant "Tatteploizolyatsia, Ltd". This year the first output will produce "Tatkabel" factory.
The tour around the techno-police "INVENT" began with production sites "Eltehnika -Volga". Director Marat Kamalov told about the technological process of production the in-situ chambers (KSO) "Avrora" and low-voltage complex devices (NKU) "Neva"; reminded the future plans – commissioning the production of the set-up switchgear (KRU) "Volga", analog of which does not exist neither on the territory of RT, abroad. The interest in guests rose the information on the opening the line for production the two-transformer package substation in the unit version (2BPTS), which construction has been practically completed.

At the factory of the pre-insulated pipes "Tatteploizolyatsia, Ltd" the delegation of JSC "SEZ" demonstrated the high tech production of pre-insulated tubes and fittings with foam polyurethane (FPU) insulation in polyethylene and zinced insulation. This produce is widely used inlaying the heat water lines and was assessed both by specialists of JSC "Kazan Thermal Network Company", and many customers outside Republic of Tatarstan. The factory also produces polyethylene pipes for cold water supply.

Delegations of JSC "SEZ" demonstrated the constriction of plant "Tatkabel", which under finishing. In construction is used the metal constrictions produced by "Stroykommash", included in GC "INVENT ". The general contractor of construction of the factory is the entity in the "INVENT –Tehnostroy". Regarding the assortment of the produce and facilities on which the produce will be produced, the plant is unique in Russia. Modern equipment by the leading foreign companies will be installed in the factory which would allow to both the standard grade cable and its types which are imported to RF because of the lack o own producers. Eventually, the planned produce will satisfy the needs of the power engineering companies and other industries of this produce.

After finishing the tour the General Director of GC "INVENT " Elbek Safaev familiarized the quests with the other entities of the group and presented future construction objects on the territory of techno-police "INVENT ". Among them are the factory of aluminum rod and copper wire, transformer plant, houses for privileged rent to small business for placing the necessary auxiliaries production for sing by industrial entities.

In his interview after the tour Sergey Levkin said the products produced by GC, are required both on the territory of RT and Russia, with its deficiency of power capacities. But despite the financial problems the development and upgrading the power engineering is inevitable. Besides, as S.Levkin says, the products of GC "INVENT " may be widely used in establishing the infrastructure of the Special Economic Zones including SEZ "Alabuga".
