OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 February 2009 was announced, that Ingosstrakh had extended the term of property insurance contracts that cover the property of two large warehouse facilities located in the Moscow Region. The contracts are entered with Multinational Logistic Partnership, one of the largest developers in the warehousing sector.

The aggregate property risk underwritten by the insurance company exceeds USD370mln.  The insurance coverage offered under a special program includes extended protection against ‘all risks’ of the buildings, constructions, utilities and warehouse equipment. The contract covers the liability of MLP for the risks inherent to the use of the warehouse building and premises. Currently, the insurance covers eight warehouse buildings with the total area of 311,000 sq.m.

The reinsurance program engages lead foreign reinsurers on the basis of Ingosstrakh’s obligatory capacities.

IJSC Ingosstrakh and MLP have been partners since 2005 in insurance against construction and assembling risks, property insurance, civil and professional liability insurance.
