OREANDA-NEWS. February 9, 2009. Mr Igor Levitin, the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, decorated the seafarers and managers of the SCF Group with State and industry awards. By Presidential Decree, the Chief Engineer of the tanker Ligovsky Prospect, Vladimir Borisenko, was awarded the medal “For Service to the Country”, Grade II.

Mr Sergey Nalimov, a Sovcomflot Vice-President, was awarded with an Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Transport for his work and contribution to the preparation of the 2nd International Transport Forum and Russia’s Transport Exhibition “Transport of Russia – 2008”.

Minister Levitin warmly congratulated the foregoing managers and wished them continued success in their careers.
