OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 February 2009 was announced, that Sevmash Director General Nikolay Kalistratov arranged the first conference with enterprise managing staff.

One of the main questions was meeting of OAO “PO “Sevmash” Boards of Directors, which took place the day before. Nikolay Kalistratov told what decisions have been taken.

V.A. Pakhomov (president of United Shipbuilding corporation) was elected representative of the Boards of Directors. The second question was activities of nuclear submarine “Yuri Dolgoruki”, “Severodvinsk”, decisions regarding price of “Vikramaditja” and prospects of building chemical carriers and also community budget and realization of Sevmash financial and economic rehabilitation programme.

Besides Nikolay Kalistratov noticed that relations of main production workers and auxiliary personnel is gradually being compensated in favour of the first ones. This is positive result of the work of new Deputy Director General for personnel management V.R.Ugrymov and all personnel services. Director General pays special attention to personnel problem. Each division of work shall be headed by separate person, so managing staff will be rearranged.
