OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 February 2009 was announced, that Glavmosstroy, a construction division of Glavstroy Corporation, is to raise 80,000 sq m of housing within the fields of Lyubertsy, a suburb to southeast Moscow.

The company has started to build housing in the area of Lyubertsy’s fields.

Glavmosstroy is to erect 10 bearing-wall houses of GMS-1 series there. The total area of the residential buildings will be around 80,000 sq m.

The construction work is being carried out within the implementation of the urban program aimed at developing the area of Lyubertsy’s fields. It includes housing construction and social infrastructure development.

The Moscow City Government acts as a customer and investor of the project. The objects are scheduled to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Glavstroy Corporation is a construction holding company included in the development sector of Bazovyy Element.
