OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 February 2009 was announced, that on April, 23, 2009 OJSC "Concern Khlibprom" within the framework of completing the process of restructuring plans to consider a question about liquidation of Subsidiaries "Haysyn industrial complex", "Zhovkivskyi industrial complex" and "Podil’sk boroshno". From November, 1, 2008 operating activity of these companies was converted to the consolidated legal entity — OJSC "Concern Khlibprom". It will allow to optimize,increase efficiency and strengthen control on all levels of the company activity. As a result, the company moves to the centralized management including purchasing, supply, production and sales.As it was early reported during the year 2008 all subsidiaries have been converted to consolidated legal entity and perform their activity under the name of OJSC "Concern Khlibprom". For realization of this project the consultants of the company "Ernst&Young" were attracted.
