OREANDA-NEWS. February 05, 2009. 80% of unfinished building objects in Ukraine are financed at the account physical persons’ funds, the rest 20% - at the funds of juridical persons.

That’s why a priority for the state is giving loans to physical persons to complete accommodation building. The Minister of Regional Development and Building of Ukraine Vasyl Kuibida announced to journalists.

The builders, who also appear physical persons, according to the Minister, will also be given money for completion of unfinished building objects, but on tender conditions. The Minister set as an example, that, if 1 sq m of accommodation within the region amounts UAH 4 thousand, the funds to complete the launched construction works will be received by a builder, ready to finish construction at a lower price per square metre in the region.

“It is made to achieve the most rational use of state funds, envisaged for such aims in order to avoid accusations,” Vasyl Kuibida explained. He also added, work over the register of unfinished building objects will soon be completed and this register will be public.
