OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 February 2009 was announced, that the results of the private bank’s shares allocation of the 17th issue in the amount of UAH 638 580 960 were approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting as of January 14, 2009. Thus the authorized capital of bank “Forum” increased by the respective amount reaching UAH 2 260 m.

Besides, the Charter and the Regulation on the Supervisory Council of JSCB “Forum” were approved as amended.

Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Forum”, founded in 1994, is one of the largest banks in Ukraine. The main shareholder of JSCB “Forum” is the second biggest bank in Germany and one of the major European banks — Commerzbank AG.

As of January 1, 2009 the amount of the bank’s net assets constitutes UAH 20 513,0 m., the loan portfolio — UAH 16 861,6 m., total balance — UAH 31 155,1 m., balance capital — UAH 1 889,2 m.
