OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 February 2009 was announced, that Vladimir Viktorovich Barabanov was appointed to the position of Chief of the Social Relations Department of IDGC of Centre, JSC.

Vladimir Viktorovich graduated from Moscow Management Institute named after S.Ordzhonikidze (university) majoring in "The Organization of Management in the Power Sector" and obtained the qualification of the economist engineer for organization of production management.

He started his career in the power sector in 1988 at The Thermal Power Station-20, "Mosenergo". Later on, he worked with Yarenergo. Before his appointment as Chief of the Social Relations Department of IDGC of Centre he held the position of Director for the Personnel Management of Yarenergo branch of IDGC of Centre.
