OREANDA-NEWS. On 06 February 2009 was announced, that JSC "UES FGC" and IDGC of Centre, JSC have completed an agreement on the order of interaction at occurrence of a threat to, or occurrence of mass technological failures and extreme situations. This and other questions were discussed at the Company Board of Directors' proceeding which was held at the end of 2008.

The subject of the agreement became an operational information interchange on the emergent technological failures at the equipment serviced by the parties. This document studies questions of the organization of teamwork on creation and development of information systems, maintenance of reliability and timeliness of the information transmission within the limits of the issues solved by the parties, realization in accordance with the established procedure of mutual information interchange on the facts and events representing a mutual interest.

The agreement states that the parties which involved force and means of the other cooperating party for carrying out recover and repair work or services, will pay for the work on the actual basis of rendering services under the rates and tariffs which are in effect at the moment of rendering the services.

The Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre also took into consideration the report of the Company General Director Evgeniy Makarov on preparation for the work during the autumn and winter period 2008/2009, on performance of key performance indicators for the 3rd quarter 2008 according to Application No.1 to this decision of the Board of Directors.
