OREANDA-NEWS. On February 03, 2009 Financial Corporation Seymar Alliance (Almaty) provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with a press release as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

Financial Corporation Seymar Alliance (SAFC) is the only shareholder of two large insurance companies Alliance Polis and Alliance - Strakhovanie Zhizni. The decision on sale of 76 % common shares of Alliance Bank to the State fund Samruk-Kazyna will not affect further activity and development of insurance companies.

As was announced by Chairman of the Board of Financial Corporation of Seymar Alliance, who is also a Charman of the Board of Directors of Insurance Company Alliance Polis, Saken Seyfullin: "We, as shareholders, see serious potential in Alliance Polis and Alliance - Strakhovanie Zhizni, we are ready to support development of these companies, and provide their stability on the market. The priority for today is stability, improvement of quality of services and products which meet and satisfy needs of clients".

In June 2008 Insurance Company Alliance Polis additionally offered own common shares for the sum of KZT1.140 bn., increasing its authorized capital up to KZT2.500 bn. These shares were redeemed by Financial Corporation Seymar Alliance, which is currently a 100 % owner of the insurance company and an owner of an analogous shareholding in insurance company Alliance - Strakhovanie Zhizni.

Insurance companies Alliance Polis and Alliance - Strakhovanie Zhizni continue to work in the previous mode and assume full responsibility for obligations before individuals, legal entities and corporate clients. These companies see Alliance Bank as a long-term and stable partner.
