OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2009. Uralsvyazinform (RTS: URSI/URSIP, ADR: UVYZY/ UVYZYP), the leading carrier of fixed-line and mobile services in the Urals region, Russia reports the results of the auction to assign the arranger of its bond issues, reported the press-centre of Uralsvyazinform.

There were 5 bidders in the auction.

The auction took place in January 26, 2009. The initial price of the Agreement to provide the right to offer Uralsvyazinform the services of arranging bond issues, was RUR 25 million, as stated in the Auction documentation and notice.

Svyaz-Bank (Inter-Regional Commercial Bank for Development of Communication and Information Science) ОАО was recognized as Auction winner as stated in the Auction protocols and is supposed to enter the Agreement worth RUR 125.0 thousand ex VAT.

The company will proceed with bond issue upon due market research.
