Chisinau Shows Highest Income from Investments into Real Estate
OREANDA-NEWS. February 05, 2009. The capital of Moldova ranked the first in the rating of the cities with the highest incomes from investments into real estate for its subsequent lease.
The rating, published on February 3, 2009, was compiled by the real estate portal Global Property Guide. Thus, the annual income from rental of real estate in Chisinau is 14.17%, followed by the capital of Egypt, Cairo-12% and the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta- 11.27%.
The income from rental of real estate in Manila (Philippines) is 10.99%, Skopje (Macedonia) - 10,11% and Lima (Peru) - 10.09%, followed by Kiev- 9.09%, Bucharest - 5,54%, Sofia - 4,62%, Istanbul - 6,47%, Moscow - 4,61%, Berlin - 4,8%.
The study is based on systematic scanning of advertisements for residential real estate in Internet. Residential real estate attractive to foreign tenants - equipped, in excellent condition and repaired within the last 5 years is evaluated.
The area of the apartment used in calculation makes about 120 square meters. The calculation accounts average prices only.
