OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 February 2009 was announced, that almost 60 buildings are to be overhauled in the southwestern administrative district of Moscow, a press service of the district said.

“59 houses located within the southwestern district of Moscow are to be overhauled at the expense of the city budget funds in the townships: Akademichesky, Gagarinsky, Zyuzino, Konkovo, Kotlovka and Yasenevo,” the source noted.

According to it, an analysis of the overhaul operations in Moscow in 2008 revealed two main problems – negligent work by contractors and insufficient informing of inhabitants.

“Our goal is to make every resident understand when and exactly what will be done in the house a person occupies and to provide the overhaul of a proper quality,” the press service emphasized.
