By the decision of the Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of January 29, 2009 Zhanat Berdalina - president of KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia - in accordance with items 4 and 5 of the KASE internal document "Regulation on Order of Settlement of Arguments and Conflicts and on Exchange Arbitration Commission" was appointed a member of the KASE Arbitration Commission for stock market representing the Exchange Council replacing Oraz Zhandosov - director of Center for Economical Analysis Rakurs, reported the press-centre of KASE.

In the absence of Zh. Berdalina or in case of origin of conflict of interests she may be substituted by members of the Exchange Council Kayrat Bektanov - Chairman of the Board of Management Company Alem and Oleg Tsurkan - managing director of BTA Bank.
