One of the main directions of the Aktyubinsk Regional Directorate of Telecommunications is the realization of goals set by the development strategy of JSC “Kazakhtelecom”. According to this strategy successfully executed construction work on the modernization of rural telephone exchanges with the replacement of analog equipment to digital. Increased volumes, expanding range of services to rural customers with good quality, reported the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom.

Aktyubinsk RDT - the branch of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" project - the construction of fiber-optic (fiber-optic communication lines) on the Shalkar-Irgiz and upgrading of telephone exchanges in the district center Irgiz. For many years, the transport medium for the provision of telecommunication services provided through a satellite connection NASS "DAMA", which limited the provision of advanced services. At the introduction of the project took approximately 180 million tenge. The district center is the latest Irgiz RDT transferred to modern digital communication systems in the area.

Now subscribers of Irgiz district center can enjoy not only high-quality digital connection, but broadband Internet access. The project has raised a new qualitative level, not only traditional telephone services, as well as residents of the village are a range of modern new and additional services. Now it is possible to provide broadband Internet access under the brand name "Megaline".

In addition, the direction of modernization of digital telephone exchanges in the M-200 pp. Irgiz by replacing existing equipment for APT-type DS-200 mount receptacle 1284 numbers, as well as the replacement of analog PBXs in Kumtogay village, Kurylys village to digital, the newly installed digital telephone exchanges in Nura village, Kuylys village.

JSC "Kazakhtelecom" - this is the only one to date, the operator of the rural context. In doing so, I would like to note that the planned objectives for the Directorate in 2008 for telecom rural settlements have been fully implemented.

NISM has enabled the integration of Kazakhstan into the world information space. The implementation of the project NISM also accelerate the formation of the republic as a major transit hub in the Central Asian region.
