Upon arriving in the Turkmen capital the representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe that Turkmenistan joined in 1992 held the talks at the national departments and agencies including the State Border Service and the State Service for Drugs. The focus of the meeting was further Turkmenistan-OSCE collaboration in the framework of the ongoing and future programmes and projects.
