OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 February 2009 was announced, that Kernel Holding S.A. would  publish its results for the quarter ended 31 December 2008 on Friday, 13 February 2009, prior to the market opening. Kernel Holding S.A. will host a conference call on the same day to discuss the company's results. The invitation to the conference call and time of the call shall be posted shortly on the company's Web site.

Kernel is Ukraine's largest vertically integrated agro-industrial company, the leader on the Ukrainian market of bottled sunflower oil, and one of Ukraine's key exporters of sunflower oil and crops.
