On 04 February 2009 was announced, that on February 6, 2009, the President of ING Holding and the Chair of NASK "Oranta" Oleg Spilka and the Board of NASK "Oranta" will have a meeting with Directors of Management Boards of the Company to discuss latest updates of the Company's performance outcomes for 2008 and its major goals for 2009. This event is purposed to enhance efficiency and strengthen coordination of operations of standalone divisions of "Oranta"

As a reminder, notwithstanding that the financial crises affects all sectors of Ukrainian economy, NASK "Oranta" has reached the planned indicators for collection of insurance premiums for 2008 in the amount of 1 billion hryvnias. The amount of insurance indemnities paid to clients was 400 million hryvnias

At the meeting, the President of IMG Holding (which includes NASK "Oranta") Oleg Spilka will deliver a presentation of development strategy of the Holding in crisis environment. And the Board will tell, in particular, what possible ways for implementation of planned insurance premium collections of the Company for 2009.

Besides, the status of implementation of the Internet CLCI and CASCO Applications Project processed by the company  Oranta Online . You remember, Oranta started to sell its policies via Internet in September 2008. The management of  Oranta Online  projects that this new effective sales channel will bring the Company insurance premiums of UAH 20,000,000 already in 2009.
