OREANDA-NEWS. On February 03, 2009 The Government proposed to increase authorized capitals of the Kharkiv Aviation Plant and Aviant Kyiv Aviation Plant. Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko declared at a meeting on problem issues of the Kharkiv Aviation Plant.

According to the Prime Minister, authorized capitals of the mentioned companies are to be increased so much that they could pay out inefficient credits. Yulia Tymoshenko told, to this end the Government would draft necessary amendments to the State Budget of Ukraine for 2009.

Yulia Tymoshenko said, if the Parliament fails to support the proposal on increasing authorized capitals of two aircraft construction plants through amending the State Budget, the Government will request the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada to amend the Stabilization Fund.

The Head of Government has commissioned the Ministry of Industrial Policy, Finance Ministry and Main Control-Revision Office to study this issue and prepare necessary documents within a week. At that she told that Government to consider this issue at its sitting next week.
