OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 February 2009 was announced, that steel pipe and wheels company Interpipe presented organizers and speakers of the “First International Summit on Corporate Social Responsibility” with a Henri Minzberg book entitled, ‘Rise and Fall of Strategic Planning’. The summit, focused on the strategy and best practice of the sustainable development of Eurasia, was held in Kiev on 27th January 2009.

Speaking at the summit, Oleg Kuzmin, Interpipe’s Director for Corporate Affairs, said: “By giving this book to universities, business schools and libraries, our company reaffirms its commitment to providing the future generations of Ukrainian managers with new knowledge.”

The recipients are confident that the book ‘Rise and Fall of Strategic Planning’ will be a useful reference for both practicing and experienced managers as well as future generations.
