OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 February 2009 was announced, that in January 2009 it was planned to commission 250 thousand sq.m. of habitation in Astana, informed on Monday Astana Akim Imangali Tasmagambetov at the opening ceremony of residential estate Etyud.

“Right in January we are planning to commission 250 thousand sq.m. of habitation, and this shows the dynamic realization of housing construction program”, said akim.

According to the results of 2008 it was built 1.250 million of sq.m. of habitation in the capital of Kazakhstan; This is 5.2 % higher than the indicators of 2007.

The Akim is sure in the succession realization of the plans of habitation construction for 2009.

“It is said 2009 will be quite a difficult year. Nevertheless we are confident that with the e support of the government we will realize the program that we planned”, he said.

New settlement in Etyud confirms the efficient actions of Astana Akimat and government in solving the problems in the sphere of construction.

Askhat Omarov, board chairman of BI Group Holding, remarked that the constructional sphere is being supported  in the Republic.
