OREANDA-NEWS. On January 29, 2009 Danabank (Almaty), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE in a letter the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held on March 4, 2009 with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- making changes and additions to the charter of Danabank;

- setting the size of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors of Danabank.
