Russia Approved Customs Duties on Crude Oil
OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2009. Vladimir Putin signed executive decree No. 66 of January 29, 2009 on the approval of customs duties on crude oil and a number of petroleum products exported from the territory of the Russian Federation.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed executive decree No. 66 of January 29, 2009 on the approval of customs duties on crude oil and a number of petroleum products exported from the territory of the Russian Federation outside the states covered by the agreements on the Customs Union. By this decree the Government of the Russian Federation resolves:
1. To partially change the Russian Government's resolution No. 695 of November 16, 2006 on the approval of customs duties on crude oil and a number of petroleum products exported from the territory of the Russian Federation outside the states covered by the agreements on the Customs Union, cancel a number of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation (Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2006, No.47, article 4921; 2007, No.4, article 521; No.13, article 1582; No.21, article 2515; No.30, article 3937; No.38, article 4560; No.47, article 5768; 2008, No.3, article 195; No.12, article 1133; No.21, article 2460; No.30, article 3633; No.38, article 4329; No.48, article 5624; Rossiiskaya Gazeta, December 31, 2008) and approve the quoted rates of customs duties on crude oil and a number of petroleum products exported from the territory of the Russian Federation outside the states covered by the agreements on the Customs Union.
2. The said resolution shall be effective from February 1, 2009. Concerning the goods covered by the Russian commodity classification codes 2711 12-2711 19 000 0, the said resolution shall cover the legal relations established on January 1, 2009.
