OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 January 2009 was announced, that to liquidate 15 settlements in Murmansk area the head of service of the state statistics Vyacheslav Morozov has offered. Settlements-phantoms spoil the reporting and lead to red tape.

Statistics such settlements, as Titovka spoil, Island Harlov, Kuolojarvi, Hibiny, Sajda the Lip - only 15 names. Officially the population there is not present, as there is no also an administration. It turns out - a superfluous line in documents and superfluous red tape. The same concerns also so-called traveling manors - families of inspectors there do not live for a long time.
