OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 January 2009 MVK introduced the new exhibitor of Med’Forum-2009 - The State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Research and Design Institute for Culture, Leisure, Sports and Health Care Buildings” (GUP MNIIP “Mosproject-4”) is one of the directing agencies of the Moscow Committee for Architecture (“Moscomarchitektura”).

The institute was established in 1968. It specializes in designing the most important social projects in Moscow: institutions of culture, health care, sports, trade, dwelling and commercial complexes. The Mosproject-4 played a part of the general planner in a lot of the largest science intensive medical complexes, educational institutes and multiple-discipline health care units, such as: the All-Union Cancer Care and Research Centre of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (AMN) at Kashirskoye Chaussee, the All-Union Cardiologic Research Centre, the Bakulev Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery of the USSR AMN, the Complex of Research, Experimental and Clinical Traumatology and Orthopedics in Kurgan.

That means the institute fulfills the whole cycle: an engineering preparation of the site area, development of municipal utilities and transportation infrastructure, construction of dwelling houses, social and trade structures.
