On 29 January 2009 was announced, that the following persons took part in the solemn ceremony of opening the client service center: the Head of the Administration of Danilov district Alexander Smirnov; the Director of the Department for Fuel, Power Industry and Tariff Regulation of the Yaroslavl region Igor Sharoshihin, the Deputy General Director - Director of Yarenergo branch of IDGC of Centre Igor Solonikov, the Director of “115” LLC Sergey Popov and other people.

"This Center will support direct relations of the consumer and power specialists of IDGC of Centre. I am sure that this SC will be always full of clients. All the issues the service center is created for will be settled here quickly and competently. The problems connected and with the quality of electric energy and technological connection will be reduced. I wish this project good luck!" the Director of Department of Fuel, Power and Tariff Regulation of the Yaroslavl region Igor Sharoshihin said in his address to those present.

The Head of the Administration of Danilov district of the Yaroslavl region Alexander Smirnov told about the importance of the opened Center for the inhabitants of the Danilov district, "We have discussed a question of development of the Center with power specialists. Naturally we would like to involve both the municipal enterprises and housing and communal services, and the companies which are engaged in the state structure so that to make the SC useful for the people!"

The SC represents a unified office intended for reception of citizens' applications and maintenance of high quality of clients' servicing. The Danilov SC will provide internal and correspondence services to consumers.

The SC will offer a number of the solutions aimed to provide information, save up the time of waiting and ordering of the process of visitors’ reception. The clients can receive all necessary consultations on terms and procedure of delivery of specifications and connection to electric networks in the Center; a reception of applications for technological connection, their processing, sorting and delivery of all necessary documents for a service rendered will be performed here. The direct hotline of power specialists is 8-800-50-50-115. Any time the inhabitants of the Yaroslavl region can telephone free-of-charge for solution of the issues connected with power supplies.

The SC will accommodate several client offices under the "one-stop" principle: Yarenergo branch of IDGC of Centre, Yaroslavl division of JSC "CorSsys", “115” LLC, and "Energobalance-Center" branch in the Yaroslavl region that will make it possible to competently solve at one place the questions connected with rendering of services to consumers. Every person who addresses the SC can make an application for a check of the electric power measuring devices and receive a consultation of the lawyer. Today building of the complex system of interaction with clients is the main way of perspective development of IDGC of Centre.

The system of the work with clients of Yarenergo branch of IDGC of Centre is constantly and quickly being improved. In February 2009, it is planned to open a front-office for reception of applications for technological connection in Yaroslavl, and up to the end of the current year to open a Service Center in Rybinsk.
