OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 January 2009 was announced, that Belarus’ fruit and vegetable juice sales rose 15.3% on the year in 2008 to 280.3 million equivalent jars, a source in the National Statistics Committee told.

Sales organizations increased sales 24.1% to 203.3 million equivalent jars.

Belarusian-made juice sales accounted for 50.8% of the total, up 6.1 percentage points on the year, while imports accounted for 49.2%.
