OREANDA-NEWS. On January 27, 2009 The First Vice Premier announced to a media briefing. “This is a crime: covering themselves with problems of the bank they exhaust the state resource, by way of refinancing,” Olexandr Turchynov stressed.

He explained these deals had been used before to recompense losses of those, who owing to a strict position of the Government have lost their shadow extra-profits in energy domain.

The First Vice Premier emphasized if the funds received as refinancing from the NBU were used on purpose: for returning deposits to citizens, for ensuring paying balance of the bank, “everyone would have forgotten that the Nadra bank had any problems”.

Olexandr Turchynov stressed that the Government would afford none to solve their personal problems at the account of depositors of the Nadra bank, using them as a shield. “One should pay off, first of all, the debts to the citizens, then one will not have any problems,” the First Vice Premier emphasized.
