PAVA Products Flour Preserving Wholesome Qualities of Grain
OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 January 2009 was announced, that the recent PAVA’s launch, protein-enriched flour, is a completely new product of grain processing, which has no analogues in the world. It has characteristics of traditional sorts and is similarly used in baking and confectionery production. The remarkable feature is that due to special manufacturing methods the protein-enriched flour preserves all wholesome components naturally stored in the grain kernel.
This flour is deservedly called a health product because it abounds in nutrients that are so important for human body.
In the increasingly polluted environment with fast and stressful pace of living, the issue of immunity boosters is gaining urgency. Following this trend, PAVA started a unique production of flour which keeps all valuable vitamins of the kernel intact.
Wheat grain is rich in vitamins of B group, vitamin E and PP, iron and proteins. All of these essential components are contained in the protein-enriched vitaminised flour Zhitnitsa, in much higher amounts than in the flour of traditional grades.
PAVA’s new flour is the only flour that is rich in vitamin E (tocopherol). 100 grams of Zhitnitsa flour contain one-third of the daily need for this vitamin, famous for its health-giving qualities. It is an antioxidant, necessary for prevention of cancer, cardiovascular and endocrine diseases. It protects cells from free from radical injuries, lowers blood pressure, and this is by no means a complete list of the health benefits.
The amount of vitamins B1 and B2 in Zhitnitsa flour fully satisfies the person’s daily nutrition requirements. Moreover, they reinforce the effect produced by tocopherol. B1 and B2, which are plentiful in this product, allow to prevent overfatigue and neuritis, have positive impact on eyesight and wound healing. Zhitnitsa is 80 times richer in these components than the conventional product. This is a formidable achievement which became possible due to the upgrade of production technologies.
Adding Zhitnitsa to the regular diet helps provide human body with such an essential substance as iron. 100 grams are sufficient for satisfying the daily requirement. The content of iron is 13.3% higher compared to traditional flour.
Zhitnitsa contains 1/3 of the daily demand for vitamin PP (nicotinic acid), which is indispensable for normal digestion and nervous system functioning. Protein assimilation is not possible without the nicotinic acid. Moreover, it helps prevent anxiety and depression, normalizes the blood cholesterol level.
Unique qualities of the protein-enriched flour make it a vital dietetic element. Its advantages over traditional products of flour milling are obvious; at the same time increased protein, basic macronutrient for a person of every age, makes the flour nutritious as well as wholesome.
