OREANDA-NEWS. On 28 January 2009 was announced, that Marriott International is to open its seventh hotel in Moscow called Renaissance Moscow Monarch Center in 2009.

“The hotel is to be run by Interstate Management Services, Inc., a branch of Interstate Hotels&Resorts, Inc. which is currently running 3 Marriott hotels in Moscow,” Marriott’s press release says.

According to the official document, Renaissance Moscow Monarch Center is to open within the mixed-use centre located near Dinamo Stadium, at the junction of the third ring road and Leningradskoe Highway.

A developer of the centre to include the new hotel is MonArkh open joint stock company.

Renaissance Moscow Monarch Center will contain 366 rooms, including guest rooms, suits and apartments, as well as a recreation centre, a spacious banquet room, a main hall for conferences, 7 additional public areas and 2 meeting rooms.
