OREANDA-NEWS. On January 26, 2009 Capital Bank started to accept payments for mandatory insurance of the civil liability of the vehicle owners (MIACL) policies, the bank said.

The MIACL policies is necessary to protect drivers from expenses, appeared in the result of car accident.

Law on MIACL entered into force on 22 October 2008. Drivers were given three month to ensure their cars.
