OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 January 2009 was announced, that Ingosstrakh paid compensation to the driver of the construction motorized crane КС-54711 that was stolen from the construction site in the Ramenki district of Moscow. The crane was covered with motor hull insurance. The paid amount totaled RUB 3 597 364. The funds were transferred to the banking account of the insured person.

In total, on January 21, 2009, in Moscow and Moscow region Ingosstrakh paid to its customers over RUB 42 mln of compensations for car insurance.
