OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 January 2009 was announced, that Vologda is to host an international fair-exhibition Russian Flax, exhibition for innovation technologies to be applied in the linen industry and manufacture of flax fibre from February 28 through March 1.

The participants will demonstrate innovation technologies to be applied in the linen industry, in production of technological equipment for textile industry and manufacture of flax fibre and flaxen goods. Looms, spinning machines and accessories will be on display too.

The program highlights include a whole range of seminars, expositions, competition "Silver Bobbin", competition of fabric, clothes and footwear "Flax - in Goods of Russia", business meetings, workshops and round table discussions.
