OREANDA-NEWS. On January 23, 2009 Kazkommerts Invest (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the extract from shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Central Securities Depository (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

- the total number of announced shares of the company (only common KZ1C50820014) makes up 630,000 units;

- 325,300 company shares are offered;

- the sole persons, who owns the bank shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is ZANGAR FINANCE GROUP (Almaty), which holds all company offered shares.
