On January 23, 2009 Temirleasing (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of January 9, 2009, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the mentioned document:

- AFS approved the company common shares KZ1C49790013 placement results (KASE second category official list, TMLZ);

- as of September 17, 2008 all company common shares are placed, its authorized capital was formed in the size of KZT1,560,000,000.
