OREANDA-NEWS. On 26 January 2009 was announced, that delegation from Vologda under the head of mayor Evgeny Shulepov visited OAO “PO “Sevmash”.

The purpose of visit is to establish relations with Sevmash. There are 18 enterprises and about 13 thousands work in mechanical engineering. Experience exchange was carried out in Sevmash machine shop. They found topics for discussion – Evgeny Shulepov brought in Severodvinsk heads of machine-tool, bearing, optomechanical and foundry plants in Vologda.

Mayor admitted that Vologda feels traces of crisis that is why town engineers are looking for orders elsewhere: “We are sure that we can help Sevmash in carrying out important state tasks”.
