OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 January 2009 was announced, that Concern AVEC which manages Barabashovo (Kharkov), the largest Trade centre in Europe, provided considerable benefits   in amount of rate payment for entrepreneurs who carry on business at Barabashovo as a support of   a small and medium-sized business during the economic crisis.

In the nearest future in spite of the high inflation rate the rent rate of 2008 will be valid. Besides nowadays there is no pegging of rate payments to the exchange rate which has noticeably risen within the last 3 month.

As explained by the President of Concern AVEC Dmitry Sobolev the Concern decided to make concession with the entrepreneurs in order to support near 60 000 small and medium-sized businessmen whose activity and welfare are directly connected with the trade at Barabashovo.

According to Mr. Sobolev the total sum of   such incomplete incomes in the Concern’s budget due to these and other anti-recessionary benefits for entrepreneurs makes up 4 million UAH monthly.

Such an exemption is possible due to internal reserves created long before the crisis of the Stabilization fund as well as due to concern of the Concern’s shareholders about the social status of the entrepreneurs at Barabashovo.
