OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 January 2009 was announced, that Colliers International leased out the entertainment zone in Sunny Gallery Shopping and Entertainment Centre in Kryvyy Rih (developed by Panorama Group).

Acting as an exclusive consultant on concept development and leasing agent of the first professional shopping and entertainment centre in Kryvyy Rih (GBA 38,000 sqm), Colliers International signed two leasing agreements with the leading entertainment operators.

The space tenants are Vitamin bowling chain having rented around 1,800 sqm and Tropical Park kids entertainment complex having occupied 1,000 sqm. The entertainment zone opening takes place in the end of December 2008.

Natalia Kravets, Director Retail Property Department Colliers International remarked: 'The signing of these two agreements ensured the total completion of the entertainment zone of Sunny Gallery increasing its attractiveness and attendance rate as well as raising its popularity among the customers'.

The Sunny Gallery shopping and entertainment centre is being developed by Panorama Group the investment development holding with international funding. The holding implements projects in retail, residential and office property segments throughout Ukraine. Colliers International successfully collaborates with Panorama Group implementing its another retail project in Zaporizhya – Flagman, the regional shopping and entertainment complex, GBA 80,000 sqm.
