OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 January 2009 was announced, that TMM Company had shown stable performance of construction works during 2008: in 2H08 performed construction-assembly works volume at company's own projects increased by 4% compared to 1H08 (in monetary terms).  Total construction-assembly works volume in 2008 increased by 21% yoy and amounted to UAH 509 million at all company's projects under construction.

Currently TMM has 10 projects under construction with the total area of around 400 thousand sq m in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Yalta. Triumph (Kyiv), residential premium-class project with the total area of 68 000 sq m which was under construction in 1H08, was put into operation in June 2008. In December 2008 TMM put into operation its residential business-class project in Zhytomyr with the total area of 6 800 sq m.
