OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 January 2009 was announced, that the accreditation to the International Specialized Exhibition AviationFuelsSupply- 2009 had started.

The Exhibition will take place February 9 through 11, 2009 in the first pavilion of the Crocus Expo IEC (Exhibition hall 2). For detailed information about the Exhibition please visit: http://eng.rosaviaexpo.ru/

Please Complete the form herein and send it to the Press Service at the Crocus Expo IEC by e-mail: prohorova@crocus-off.ru or by facsimile +7 (495) 727 2757 before February 6, 2009 for you to get Media credential for the Exhibition.

Journalists with credentials will receive press kits and PRESS badges February 9 through 11, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. till 04:00 p.m. at the Press Registration desk in the Registration hall of Pavilion 1 of the Crocus Expo IEC. The PRESS badges will provide you free access to all events within the frames of the exhibition Moscow Boat Show. Media badges will be issued on the basis of a copy of your photo ID of your affiliated organization or provided there is a preliminary completed Application for Media Accreditation (relative Media body or PR department letterhead, signed by the editor or employer and stamped).

In case there is no Press Registration desk in the Registration hall of Pavilion 1 journalists with credentials will receive press kits and PRESS badges at the Press Centre Crocus Expo IEC (Pavilion 2, Lower level).

The Official Opening Ceremony of the Exhibition will take place February 9 at 12:00 a.m. in the Exhibition hall 2 of the Pavilion 1 Crocus Expo IEC immediately after the Press Briefing. Immediately after the Official Opening Ceremony at 12:20 a.m. the journalists will have an opportunity to ask press questions to the organizers and high-ranking guests of the exhibition.

You are strongly recommended to apply for the accreditation for the exhibition well in advance.
