OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2009. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded a combined insurance contract covering an upscale private cottage house. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 13,485,705 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insured wooden house is located in the village Kalinovo, the Yekaterinburg Region. The combined insurance contract concluded under the Citadel insurance program contemplates protection of the house and movable property with the all-risks package, including: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, flood, illegal third-party actions, natural disasters, falling trees, collision with land vehicles, and cleaning-up expenses incurred in case of an insured accident.

The cottage house, together with all movable property, has been insured for the total amount of 12,584,019 roubles.

The insurance contract also covers the garage and landscape installations — rock gardens, flower gardens, tracks, lawns and artificial reservoir for the total insurance amount of 901,686 roubles. All installations have been protected against fire, contamination, natural disasters and breakdown in plumbing systems.

The contract has been concluded for one year and can be extended.
